CSS Spec survey input

During today's PFWG meeting, Cynthia and Fred took on a task of getting a
handle on where CSS development is at, where we should be concentrating our
energies, etc.  I dropped a quick note to Daniel Glazman, and he helpfully
directed me to [1].  I think this could serve as the perfect starting point
for your research!
