Hi, Rich: Responding to your question as per the Subject above ... I am confident we are well within our authority to break name computation, or any particular aspect of the ARIA suite as circumstances require. Michael can elaborate or correct, if needed. Also, it's arguably not too late even to add such a document to our list of deliverables inasmuch as our recharter is not yet approved, though I don't know where that is exactly, in the authorization process.
