Re: ARIA 1.1 heartbeat ready

I assumed that C1 is supposed to be a subset of C2 because C1 are changes
from last draft while C2 are changes from 1.0 and 1.0 is older than last
draft. Apparently it's not true and that confuses me. Can you comment used
logic please?
