I think a page tracking all our bugs could be very useful, but only if we're not relying on someone to go in and update it by hand. If we rely on sweat-based updates, we'll never have confidence that the info displayed is up to date and correct. We'll always want to look to double-check. However, it should be possible to tie into the dbs involved for unassisted updates. Bugzilla, for instance, has an API that could be used via script.
