Bit of teaching to fish, minutes are in the URI pattern 
http://www.w3.org/YYYY/MM/DD-channel-minutes. That produces 
http://www.w3.org/2014/01/23-aria-minutes.html.

I need to update the meetings page http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/meetings/. 
And one of these days I want to get a script going that lists all 
minutes for a given group...
