Re: 48-Hour Call For Consensus (CfC) to publish a FPWD of ARIA-1.1

Note - This isn't an objection to publication as a first public working 
draft.

I note that in the text for aria-describedat states
"In order to provide input- and device-independent access to the 
associated descriptive content, authors*SHOULD*use 
the|tabindex|attribute to ensure the object is included in the default 
tab order."

The example which follows does not use tabindex. Can you please clarify 
by either adding tabindex to this example (if applicable) or add another 
example which does use tabindex.
