   We need to get a Charter extension so that we're not prevented from publishing beginning 1 October.

   Cynthia: Questions from UAIG call, re lang that was carefully negotiated, prefer not to reopen

   Cyn: Focus and default actions ...

   Cynthia: Non trivial issues and could delay if we reopen
