UAIG test run problem

Hi Michael,

I want to start a UAIG test run but I am unable to as the form for creating
a test run will not allow me to enter a user agent.

https://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/testharness/testruns/add?testsuite_id=2

I see a note that says the list becomes invalid if the test suite changes.

So, basically we cannot proceed.
