I spoke to Alex.
They have a bug. We should be good. I spoke to him and he said they have a
bug with aria-owns but Alex can confirm. He is supposed to be posting the
bug number to the list.

Fair enough.
Just to be a stickler, though: Alex should confirm that the test file that
shows the "bug" constitutes a fair test.
Another possible test case is this jQuery menubar. I'll investigate it
