I still want to hear from Alex on the menu start piece. I think they have a
bug.
Right now, when focus moves for to a menu item in a menu bar we do NOT get
the EVENT_SYSTEM_MENUSTART message and we do not get the
EVENT_SYSTEM_MENUEND when we leave. Alex, do you agree this is a bug?
