Test Case 74

Alex,

I just ran tst case 74 whose expected result is supposed to be:

Accessible2: IA2_EVENT_TEXT_REMOVE followed immediately by
IA2_EVENT_TEXT_INSERTED

Yet. I am getting a plethora of removed and inserted events and the order
does not match the expected result.

1. Why are all these events getting generated?
2. Does the event order really matter?
