I am not aware of a problem with AT either. We discussed this on the ARIA
call and we thought the text should be:
EVENT_OBJECT_SELECTION then EVENT_OBJECT_STATECHANGE
as the latter part of the text constradicts this first part.
Would you support that? If so, FF would pass.

The state change id following the selection change. Here is the UAIG
spec. text for single selection:
EVENT_OBJECT_SELECTION then EVENT_OBJECT_STATECHANGE on newly focused
item, but arrange events so state change does not occur on focused item,
to avoid extra selection change announcements
