Passed--Call for Consensus (CfC); Revised Cognitive A11y TF Work Statement

Our CfC to approve the revised Work Statement for our Cognitive
Accessibility Task Force, has received only supporting comments.
Therefore, this CfC is agreed to and has passed.

PFWG has logged a resolution to this effect in our regular weekly
teleconference at:

Please recall this is a joint Task Force with the WCAG-WG whose approval
for this revised Work Statement is logged at:
