The Protocols and Formats Working Group announces a second *Last Call Working Draft* of WAI-ARIA 1.0 User Agent Implementation Guide: http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-wai-aria-implementation-20131105/. To comment, send email to public-pfwg-comments@w3.org. Comments should be made by *6 December 2013*. In-progress updates to the document may be viewed in the publicly visible editors' draft at http://www.w3.org/WAI/PF/aria-implementation/. PFWG approval to publish as Last Call is archived at https://www.w3.org/2013/10/30-pf-minutes#item06. Requirements for WAI-ARIA User Agent Implementation are set out in Roadmap for Accessible Rich Internet Applications: http://www.w3.org/TR/2008/WD-wai-aria-roadmap-20080204/. WAI-ARIA User Agent Implementation Guide was previously published as a Last Call Working Draft on 10 January 2012. During testing and review of WAI-ARIA 1.0, the group found ambiguities in user agent implementation expectations. After completing testing of WAI-ARIA 1.0 and of the requirements of this specification, it is now being published as a second Last Call Working Draft to obtain final review. The Working Group has identified two features that it expects to mark as at risk when the document advances to Candidate Recommendation. These items are included in this version to ensure there is opportunity for public review of these potential changes during this Last Call review period: http://www.w3.org/TR/wai-aria-implementation/#sotd_atrisk There have been no Formal Objections raised. The following Working Group is particularly requested to review WAI-ARIA 1.0 User Agent Implementation Guide: * HTML Patent information related to this document may be accessed from http://www.w3.org/2004/01/pp-impl/32212/status. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Janina Sajka, Phone: +1.443.300.2200 sip:janina@asterisk.rednote.net Email: janina@rednote.net Linux Foundation Fellow Executive Chair, Accessibility Workgroup: http://a11y.org The World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) Chair, Protocols & Formats http://www.w3.org/wai/pf Indie UI http://www.w3.org/WAI/IndieUI/
