It works provided you tab to the menu. That should be part of the testable
statement.
That said, it passes.

I found a bug in the test file for test case 38, where the test menuitem
had multiple ids. I corrected the file and pushed it to mercurial. It
was "failing" on AT-SPI due to the bad markup.
You might want to re-test MSAA+IA2.
