Document: WAI-ARIA 1.0 Authoring Practices Working Draft 7 March 2013 With reference to Section 3.2.7: It is being hoped that Landmark roles will replace the skip-link mechanism in the near future. Assistive technologies (screen readers / magnifiers) might help users of these tools to navigate to landmarks. But, well how will sighted keyboard users navigate to these regions? Is there an expectation that user agents (browsers) will provide a mechanism for keyboard-navigation to these regions?
