Hi all,
I have a proposed agendum: I think we should consider proposing a presentation for Inclusive Design 24 (id24) this year [1]. It's a great virtual conference and opportunity to explain what we're doing. There are, however, some questions (which we may want to ask the organisers)...
0. The deadline for proposals is the 5th of June, which approaches rapidly.
1. The slots are an hour, but our existing TPAC talk is roughly half an hour. Do we want—and do we have enough interesting material—to go into more details (technical and otherwise), or maybe we could ask the organisers if there's any chance of a half-sized slot? Perhaps another option is to offer a joint presentation with another TF within APA?
2. Our presentation could be timetabled at any time in the day. Perhaps we could ask if we could swap the presenter to whomever can most readily be free at the time we get given, should we get a slot (though the slots may be tied to a specific presenter; we could ask). Otherwise, we need someone who'd be able to present at a wide range of times.
