Alternative naming suggestion

Just a quick note to get this documented on the list for discussion. At the Monday, March 21 meeting an alternative name was suggested for the group:  APT - Adaptable Personalization Techniques. This has been added as a comment to the Personalization -> Adapt Specifications? (https://github.com/w3c/wai-personalization-standards/issues/9) issue. And also added to the closed issue #7, branding personalization work (https://github.com/w3c/wai-personalization-standards/issues/7). 

Please discuss this within this thread.
