[Personalization] Modules 2 & 3

Hi All,

As mentioned on today's call, I've finally gotten around to re-configuring
the layout for Modules 2 & 3, to match the layout and document structure of
Module 1. There were also some minor editorial changes required.

Currently in a private branch on GitHub, both edits can be found at:

As noted on the call, this first pass was *mostly *structural in nature - I
have not done any editorial review of the individual attributes in either
module, which is hopefully up next. I hope to be completed by Friday of
this week, at which time I will request the Push to Live from Sharron or
Lionel (or Roy?).

Meanwhile, feedback is welcome.
