Colleagues: A few weeks ago we were concerned that our CR Publication might be delayed by horizontal review requirements. Thanks to Roy's followup with W3C management, I'm happy to report we're almost "out of the woods" on this point. * We need to resolve our Issue 144 with I18N. Note that they have * agreed to join our meeting this coming Monday 13 September to * address this issue. * We need a checkoff from APA So, we may indeed be back on track for late September publication.
