Possible Non-normative addition to APA charter for personalization

At the January 11 call we discussed adding another non-normative deliverable to the APA charter. There was some reservation about adding too much work in this round so we want to keep it general. Here is a proposal:

Personalization Content Best Practices to support groups such as tool vendors and content authors to implement content personalization. 

This is pretty general and adopts a “such as” strategy suggested by Janina in the meeting so it is not too specific. 

If people can approve on the list, Roy can add this to the APA charter draft before he leaves on vacation at the end of the week (on Jan. 29).
