Minutes from TPAC Personalization Plenary Day Breakout session

Hello everyone,

We had a great meeting yesterday.  It was unfortunate the Lisa’s audio cut out and had to rely on the chat system.
Two notable people who attended were James Craig from Apple and Hadley Beeman from the Tag who were both encourages I though on the progress we have made.  Concerns about privacy and the fact that these symbols are not Unicode did come up.
