Reminder: Review the explainer (and wiki page for notes)

Hi folks



This is a quick reminder that we are all meant to review the  explainer.

Also I made a page on our wiki to collect our thoughts on the explainer. See https://github.com/w3c/personalization-semantics/wiki/Explainer-notes

The page has the links that we need to look at (hopefully I got the correct links) . We should start the discussion on Mondays call to see if more actions are needed, so lets try and do the reviews before then.
