update from coga

Hi folks



I am delighted to let you know that the W3C WAI Cognitive and Learning Disabilities Accessibility Task Force has published an updated resource on https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/. We would love to hear your comments. 





There is also an  appendix with a https://www.w3.org/TR/coga-usable/#appendix1. This section contains  a section with practical advice and content developers may prefer to start here. 



Please note this is an early draft that will change. We realise there is still a lot to do, especially editorially, but we would appreciate your feedback and comments as we move forward and make sure you needs are addressed as we move forward.



We hope it will meet the needs of web developers, content creators and policy makers and appreciate your input to help us reach this goal.
