Updates to Explainer and Module 1 Adaptable Content (Distractions)

Hello everyone,
From yesterday’s meeting I had the action items to update the Distractions vocabulary definitions for Offer and Overlay, and update the sortable table of all our attributes and their values<https://raw.githack.com/w3c/personalization-semantics/rewrite-prototype/content/index.html#values>.  I finished this work and is now live at https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/content/index.html#values-3


I also updated the explainer with the edits from John separating out examples and use-cases, which can be found here https://w3c.github.io/personalization-semantics/


We will be sending out a CFC to get this task forces’s consensus for publishing the explainer and Module 1 and get ready for wide review.
