This is a Call for Consensus (CfC) to the Personalization Task Force which is under the Accessible Platform
Architectures (APA) Working Group seeking consensus on the first three attributes will be data-purpose, data-action, data-destination. We understand that if these attributes become part of HTML the names will change.
