some issues from the call yesterday

Hi Folks Some important  issues from the call yesterday. Janina and Michael can let me know if I am incorrect: 1. John did not know why we can not take longer over this decision (the implementation of the vocabulary in content). We can not take much longer on this decision. We are committed to producing a stable version of the explainer and  module 1 in October. So we must decide this now. (we can change it but we should have a robust proposal as soon as we can) 2. Sam asked how we decide things and what metrics we use. We use a consensus process were we try and find a solution as many of us can live with as possible. 3. We do not need a huge amount of data to clarify things or have an opinion or valid vote. We rely a lot on the members expertise and experience.  With my " chair hat off" I want to add that part of my experience here is as a small implantation. Athena made an extension - and I also helped atos make a mini implementation as well. As a task force this is important experience as we are completely dependent on implementation to get though CR.
