Is this ready for a CFC?

Hi Folks

A lot of important people could not make the call today, so we want to discuss this more on the list before putting it to a cfc


Here are the current definitions for distractions (as edited on the call today) Please let us know if you are happy with them or what you would like to change.


 
autoChanging: content that automatically changes and is not essential for the main purpose of the content.  
offer an advertisement or an offer for something available for sale
animations: multimedia where with moving images that seem to be  drawn or painted. Animations are also autoChanging 
autoStarting:      multimedia or changing content that starts when the page loads without requiring user interaction. AutoStarting content is also autoChanging 
chat:                content or section of the content that allows real-time transmission of messages from sender to receiver 
message:       communication sent to or left for the user 
moving:       elements that move locations on the screen
overlay:   a part of an app or content that is displayed over the top of the main content.
popup:       content that appears in a newly visible  window, section, dialogue or tab that is not essential for the main purpose of the content
thirdParty:       content from a person or group besides the primary owners of the website or the primary owners of the main content


If there are no further problems we can send it for a cfc in a few days
