editors note for immature sections

Hi Folks

We have a long specification and there is a concern that we will not get a high quality stable specification in a reasonable time frame


I would like to propose that we add an editors note to sections that we do not think are mature along the lines of:


"The task force do not consider this section mature and this section is at risk for being removed from the first version specification and postponed to a second version of this specification. If there are organisations or developers who are using this section or would like to use this section, please let us know at..... so that we can prioritize it's inclusion."
 
Other alternatives are to simply remove them or to work on getting them more mature as soon as possible. this above seems like a better compromise to get feedback from developers.
