new survey for simplification and easylang

Hi Folks


We have a new survey to give initial comments of a few more sections, including simplification and easylang.


 There are a few more items then normal, but  other than simplification they are very short and similar to each other so it makes sense to look at them together. (We are also missing our meeting this week becuse of TPAC so that gives us more time.)
