Requesting for new identifier required for adverse event ontology #4719

Dear Maintainers @ W3C,

I have already raised a pull request for the adverse event ontology for
below permanent identifier through Github.

Grateful for supporting us in providing and maintaining permanent
identifier for standards furnished in the files forked for adverse event
monitoring in drug safety domain. Kindly provide us
https://w3id.org/PHARMVIGIL as the identifier on accepting this pull
request for the ontology submitted.
