初めまして。
株式会社ACCESSの仮屋園と申します。

ICT CONNECT 21（（https://ictconnect21.jp/））のメンバーとして、xAPIに関するURIの追加や拡張を検討しており、

w3id.orgの運用方法を調べていく中で、いくつか気になった点があり確認させていただきたいです。

＜組織のご紹介＞
・日本の教育DX事業者が共通して利用するスタディ・ログ（xAPI形式） の仕様 (Profile) について議論・策定を開始（2025年7月～）
・初中等教育を主な対象とした教育DX推進団体であるICT CONNECT 21 技術ワーキンググループの下に xAPI
サブワーキンググループを設置して作業を進めています
・本ワーキンググループにおける成果物を文部科学省「教育データ標準に関する連絡協議会」に上程し、承認いただくことを予定しています

＜確認事項＞
・ディレクトリごとに管理者（owner）は存在しますでしょうか。
・存在する場合、下記のような作業を行う際に、事前に連絡や承認を得る必要はありますでしょうか。

＜実施を検討していること＞
① 新規ディレクトリの追加
  xAPIのディレクトリ配下に、自組織用の新規のディレクトリを追加。
（例）/xapi/の下位に新規のディレクトリを追加
② 既存ディレクトリへの要素追加
既存のディレクトリの配下に、新たに要素を追加。
（例）/xapi/adl/などの既存のディレクトリ配下に、新しいリダイレクトルールやリソースを追加

My name is Tomoe Kariyasono from ACCESS Co., Ltd.

As a member of ICT CONNECT 21, we are currently examining the addition and
extension of URIs related to xAPI. While reviewing the operational rules of
w3id.org, we came across several points we would like to clarify.

＜About Our Organization＞
・Since July 2025, we have been discussing and developing a common study log
specification (xAPI Profile) for educational DX service providers in Japan.
・Our work is being carried out under the xAPI Sub-Working Group,
established within the ICT CONNECT 21 Technical Working Group, an
organization promoting educational DX mainly in K12 education (
https://ictconnect21.jp/).
・We plan to submit the outcomes of this working group to the Ministry of
Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) for review and
approval by the Council for Educational Data Standards.

＜Questions＞
・Does each directory within w3id.org have an assigned owner or maintainer?
・If so, is prior communication or approval required when performing the
types of updates listed below?

＜Intended Actions＞


   1.

   Adding a new directory
   Adding a new organization-specific directory under the xAPI directory.
   (E.g., creating a new directory under /xapi/)
   2.

   Adding elements to an existing directory
   Adding new redirect rules or resources under an existing directory.
   (E.g., adding new elements under /xapi/adl/)

I would appreciate it if you could answer my questions.
