redirect request (broken pull request)

I recently submitted a PR<https://github.com/perma-id/w3id.org/pull/2653> to w3id

Unfortunately, I was not able to run the suggested Travis CI job, as the free tier has recently been removed.  Instead, I used this htaccess tester<https://htaccess.madewithlove.com/>, and it seemed to be correct.

I see now that the link isn't working (e.g. https://w3id.org/permafrost/FULT95/T001) and I must have misconfigured it.


Can I request that the redirect be added/fixed?


Please let me know if there is a preferred testing option, if I have misunderstood how the subfolders work, or if there is a lag time between the PR merge and the settings being applied to the server,
