It looks like you already have the .htaccess and README.md files, and
forked the w3id repo.  Could you add the files yourself to your w3id
checkout and make a PR we could merge?  Please don't include those other
data files.  Also you might consider simplifying the README.  The "Changes"
section will become out-of-date.  It may be better to only have that
information at your main project site.
