Dear Wendelin,

Are you sure you want a 301 redirect, not a 302? 301 will suggest to users that they should permanently move to using the redirected to URI, www.projekt-scope.de/ontologies/oop<http://www.projekt-scope.de/ontologies/oop> & www.projekt-scope.de/ontologies/occ<http://www.projekt-scope.de/ontologies/occ>, rather than the W3ID persistent URIs w3id.org/oop & w3id.org/occ.

I suggest you request a 302 redirect which will indicate to users that the persistent URIs are the correct places to return to, they just happen to redirect somewhere (projekt-scope.de/… etc.) for implementation purposes.
