Alternative in case of fail

Dear w3id.org team,

In case of failure, I would like to add an alternative.

Example:

if http://139.18.8.58:8080/LinkLion2_WServ/ fails then

http://dmoussallem.ddns.net:1550/LinkLion2_WServ/

Is it possible?
