Ah, here are two more entries — if you don't mind. About once a year, I work on a print publication whose long shelf life warrants a recourse to persistent locators in its bibliography. I had found a solution via using purl.org to create PURLs of material in Internet Archive. But as you all know, purl.org is now moribund — and meanwhile another book project has now come along with the same need. I could try to create my own redirects via your GitHub endeavor, but I doubt that I would manage to use GitHub correctly. And frankly, my need is so occasional that I’m not eager to learn the procedure if I don’t have to. Meanwhile, I’m hoping that purl.org will be given new life in the near future! David E. S.
