Testing instructions for Browser Bound Keys prototype on Chrome for Android

As I promised in the call yesterday, here are instructions on testing the
browser-bound keys (BBK) prototype in Chrome for Android:

(The version of Chrome given in the instructions include the fix for the
crash we discovered yesterday)

Please try this out, and let us know if you have any feedback or questions.
This is still a prototype, so behavior may differ from what you expect -
that's great, because it's a chance for us to discuss
requirements/expectations for the feature!

If you happen to find a crash, please send us an email and include the
crash ID from chrome://crashes (assuming your Chrome Canary is opted in to
send crash reports to Google) - the crash id helps us quickly debug
where/why it happens :).
