Dear Web Payments Working Group, In response to the 12 July Call for Consensus [1] to Publish Payment Request API as Candidate Recommendations (to add back address features), 6 participants supported the proposal. There were no objections. The Chairs hereby record a decision that the proposal carries. Next steps: * Ask the responsible W3C staff to approve publication of the Candidate Recommendations. * Work with the Editors to prepare the documents. * Ask the Webmaster to publish the documents.
