Re: Payment Request API 1.0 and Payment Method Identifiers are Recommendations

Great news! Thanks to the whole group for your long labours on this - and
particular thanks to the current (Rouslan, Marcos) and former (Zach,
Domenic, Danyao, Adrian, Roy in bcc) editors for getting us to this point.
I'd also like to thank Ian, Adrian, Gerard and Praveena. Here's to the next
version of the spec, and to widespread adoption!

Looking forward to seeing many of you in Vancouver next week.
