Hi WPWG,

Can anyone share the latest thinking on PaymentCurrencyAmount?

I believe that PaymentCurrencyAmount was discussed at TPAC but I couldn't
find this in the minutes.

We want to reference this in our own spec and want to understand if this is
potentially going to change.
