Canceled: 7 February SPC task force; next call 14 February

Hi all,

We had good discussion on Monday [1] and are awaiting some additional proposals. I am canceling the 7 February call
to allow more time for development of proposals. The next scheduled call will be 14 February.

In the meantime, I invite you to do the following:

* We look forward to hearing from the EMVCo 3DS task force on this proposal to add rpid as SPC input:
  https://github.com/w3c/secure-payment-confirmation/issues/164

* We welcome additional feedback on this proposal about handling failed icon downloads:
  https://github.com/w3c/secure-payment-confirmation/pull/171

  There have been some minor changes since Monday’s discussion. Although the following text is not new since
  last week, I want to encourage comments in particular on this sentence:

     "If an image resource could not be fetched or decoded from the input {{PaymentCredentialInstrument/icon}},
      then the User Agent may show no icon or a generic payment instrument icon in its place.”
