This is a Call for Review of a proposed recharter for the Web Payments 
Working Group:

This is a renewal of an existing charter to add a deliverable (Secure 
Payment Confirmation) and update expectations about previous 
deliverables. See below for a brief description of changes.

A diff showing changes relative to the current charter is available [2].

As the group is moving to Patent Policy 2020, the Advisory Committee 
Representatives of current participants will need to have their 
organizations re-join the group if the revised charter is approved.

The current charter [3] is hereby extended until 31 March 2022 to 
accommodate the charter review period.
