Dear SPC Task Force Participants,

Here is the agenda for 15 November, continuing topics we did not get to last week.

  https://github.com/w3c/secure-payment-confirmation/issues/69#issuecomment-965722717

* Entersekt proposal for encrypting SPC credential identifiers to enhance privacy (based on TPAC discussion):
  https://github.com/w3c/secure-payment-confirmation/issues/77#issuecomment-960621044

* Web Authentication thread related to using remote authenticators with SPC. The propose notes
  benefits (e.g., compatibility) and potential disadvantages (e.g., SPC credentials done this way
  would not be usable for login).
  https://github.com/w3c/webauthn/issues/1667#issuecomment-957887836

* TPAC actions:

    SUBSUMED by the WebAuthn issue 1667.
