[Agenda] 24 May SPC task force call

Dear SPC Task Force participants,

We will meet on 24 May from 12-12:30 ET (4-4:30 UTC). 

Agenda:

 * The scope and requirements documents continue to be edited and refined

    I would like to see whether people have any additional use cases to add. I plan to present
    the use cases to the WG on 27 May and, after that, issue a sort of “last call for SPC use cases.”
