Re: [Agenda] 17 May SPC task force call

For others that maybe don't monitor the GH repo but do look at this mailing
list: taking a leaf from Tomasz's great example I also have a PR with
comments/questions:

I've done my best to avoid overlapping with anything Tomasz has commented
on.
