Dear Web Payments Working Group, In response to the 2 June Call for Consensus [1] to publish Payment Request API as a Candidate Recommendation then Proposed Recommendation, the six Working Group participants supported the proposals. There were no new formal objections. The Chairs hereby record a decision that the 2 June proposals carry. The next step will be to send a transition request to the Director to republish the Candidate Recommendation snapshot. We will include the previous formal objections in that request.
