Dear Web Payments Working Group, On 13 July we asked [1] for feedback on a proposal to request publication of Web Payments HTTP Messages 1.0 [2] as a Group Note. We received no feedback, and notably no objections. The Chairs hereby record a decision that the proposal carries. We will next prepare status section of the document for publication as a Note.
