Context creation

I found your last meeting to be most interesting.

Carl Ellison and others have been focused on defining ceremonies. So a
registration ceremony would be what was discussed as context creation. At
Kantara we have been focused on the time line of these ceremonies. Our
current draft defines the registration part in a "consent to create
binding". This is specifically designed to establish an enduring
relationship with high levels of assurance needed in healthcare. I think
that assurance level would be good for finance as well. Let me know if you
would be willing to comment on our work.
