Dear Web Payments Working Group, At the end of November we discussed the intersection of payments in Europe under PSD2 and the Payment Request ecosystem. Here are the minutes: https://www.w3.org/2018/11/29-wpwg-minutes As one of the next steps, Open Banking UK proposed to schedule a meeting (“workshop”) in January, and in particular to invite PISPs for a discussion about standardization of one or more credit transfer payment methods. Many thanks to Chris Michael and his colleagues for organizing the event. * WHAT: Workshop on Standards * WHEN: 23 January, 10:00am-5:30pm * WHERE: London. The session on Web Payments will take place from 2-3pm UK time (9-10am ET). If you would like to attend by WebEx or even in person, please contact me and I will share the event details with you. Thank you, Ian -- Ian Jacobs <ij@w3.org> https://www.w3.org/People/Jacobs/ Tel: +1 718 260 9447
